CY-505 is a two-component hydrophobic polyurethane binder that removes water from cracks and strengthens the curing structure on concrete, tunnel and tunnel structures.
It is a water-resistant, low-expansion reinforcement in which the expansion rate of the water reaction is minimized.
Compared to the conventional polyurethane water retardant, it has a higher strength and its stiff foam is harder.
It does not create defects due to foam deformation and it gives almost permanent waterproof effect.
With its low viscosity properties, it penetrates the leak areas in minor cracks and provides excellent water resistance performance.
Once hardened, it provides significantly higher compressive strength, adhesion and tensile strength than the mechanical strength of conventional concrete structures.
Due to the sufficient service life (about 30-50 minutes) when the substrate and curing agent are mixed, it can be pumped with a single component pump needle (CY-800 M1 / M2, CY-1000).
