DESCRIPTION
Polyurethane Expansion Adhesive (Foam)
When exposed to water, CYH 500 reacts to produce a cell that is as flexible as a rubber foam while expanding its mass up to 30 times. Flexible materials, after curing, will have a constant mass. Since water is not a component of the foam structure, the curing material is not affected by water or dryness. The material after the reaction will not shrink or expand. Depending on the syringe pressure, CYH 500 reacts to form a flexible and dense material or foam.
APPLICATION
Areas of application include:
Faulty concrete (cracked or porous)
Concrete joint
Limestone
Brick wall
Settlement pipeline
Waste water tank
Domestic water reservoir
Sewer lines, manholes, engineering boxes
Tunnels, dykes
Stabilize soil
ADVANTAGES
Applies to the reverse side
Deep penetration and very small cracks
Foam increases in volume to fill gaps and gaps
The setting time can be adjusted

USER MANUAL
Step 1: Clean the surface
Sometimes the actual concrete surface is below the sediment left by long-term leakage.
Step 2: Drill the syringe hole
To inject glue into the crack, need to install pump needle. The depth of the cross bore should be as close as possible to the center of the structure, if possible.
Step 3: Install the pump needle
Install the needle and the drilled hole, the rubber pipe should be placed below the concrete surface. If the needle cannot be inserted into the hole, it is necessary to gently pat and tighten with a spanner as possible.
Step 4: Drain the groove if necessary
In some cases, it is necessary to wash the slot with water to increase the permeability of the pumped glue to the wall deeper.
Step 5: Pump the crack
Choose the right glue for the application. The nature of the crack / joint and the site condition determine the materials to be selected. For general purposes, CYH 500 can be selected. Small cracks and dry cracks should be sealed with epoxy matrices. Certain situations can be solved with combinations of products.
Step 6: Clean up
As soon as the work is over, it is necessary to clean up. The pump needle can be removed within 1 hour and the gap can be mended with an epoxy mat.
Clean tools
Tools and equipment should be cleaned with acetone or a suitable diluent immediately after use.
Safe
Use impervious gloves or anti-stick cream when handling these products.
Wear goggles when applying. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean water and consult a physician while itching persists. If in contact with skin, it must be removed prior to setting. Wash off with hand sanitizer, followed by soap and water. Do not use solvents. Ensure the environment is well ventilated when applying the product.
