Introduce

GRID BIT is a road surface waterproofing membrane, a true form of reinforcement, that helps distribute the weight of the road with large traffic volume and thus increases fatigue resistance while significantly reducing stress.

GRID BIT pavement waterproof membrane can increase the life of the road and in many cases it is a more cost effective alternative to complete overhaul of degraded roads.

The layers connected to the roadbed are stressed due to the effect of the road surface flexion when motor vehicles travel or heavy loads.

These tensile forces are lower than the tensile strength of the material, but the cyclical nature of the stress causes the tensile strength to decrease and causes very small and increasingly large cracks. GRID BIT DS, to be applied depending on the degree of upper or lower failure of the binder, acts as a barrier to prevent cracking from spreading to other layers.
