PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Bitumen solution contains oxidized bitumen and pure drying solvent. It has many advantages: good adhesion and permeability when applied, fast drying, does not cause stickiness.
APPLICATION
Lemax primer SB is used as a primer to suppress the impact of dust and minimize pitting on concrete surfaces, and can be quickly leveled and applied to polymer bitumen films, both coatings. hot and cold. bitumen glue. It is also used as a waterproofing agent for concrete walls, as a permanent primer on cement, wood and metal surfaces, and as a protective film for pipes and metal tanks.
CHEMICAL COMPOSITION
Made from a mixture of solvent and oxidized bitumen.

HOW TO USE THE PRODUCT
Concrete surfaces should be treated as dry as possible, clean and free from oil, grease and dirt. Lemax primer SB is a product that can be used immediately with a brush, roller or spray device. In heat-resistant polymer bitumen film application, concrete surface must be completely dry; Alternatively, specific bituminous primers can be used on damp surfaces. Drying time is usually about 1 hour after application; If the lining is too thick, the substrate temperature is too high will reduce the permeability, prolong the drying time, possibly up to 2-4 hours.
Lemax SB primer consumes about 250 – 300g / m2
Clean tools with synthetic solute or ordinary nitrogen.
